Robert Staunton, PH.D.
Professional Background
Dr. Staunton, with over 30 years
clinical experience, began treating sex offenders In 1978, while
in graduate training at the University of Oregon . Since then, he
has increasingly specialized in the assessment and treatment of
adult and juvenile sex offenders. He served on the executive board
of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) from
1986-94. Dr. Staunton assisted in the development of the Ethical
Standards and Principles for the Management of Sexual Abusers (1993,
1997). He has provided professional training and workshops locally,
statewide, and nationally.

available to assess and control sexual deviancy.To assist in
the repair of damage to victims of sexually inappropriate and
deviant behavior.
